Hi there. I was just wondering how much liquid I should soak the dried fruit in? And is that liquid in addition to the stout? Thanks in advance. Rebecca.

Hi, thanks for your question. You need enough liquid to generously cover the fruit. After soaking overnight, tip into a sieve and strain off the excess liquid (you won't need the liquid for the recipe so you can discard it or use it for something else). And yes you still need the 75ml of stout. We…
