Alex Crossley, editor, olivemagazine.com
Alex Crossley is olive magazine’s digital editor. She has been at olive since September 2014 after previously working in product development for Marks & Spencer. As well as managing the website, Alex is one of olive’s most prolific travel writers. Alex studied French and Spanish at the University of Bath and has lived and travelled extensively in both countries. During her time at olive, Alex has achieved a distinction in WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) Level 2 Awards in Wines and Spirits, was the winner of New Digital Talent of the Year at the PPA Digital Awards 2018 and was named Digital Rising Star at the AOP Awards 2018.

Cassie trained as a chef at Leiths School of Food and Wine, where she won a place on an internship scheme run with Good Food. In the time she has been working at Good Food she has created many recipes, with baking being her main passion. Read more about Cassie

Anna is a recipe writer and food stylist and has worked on food magazines for over seven years. She loves whipping up new creations with well-known ingredients to create easily accessible recipes that everyone can make. Read more about Anna
Hannah Guinness, senior sub-editor and drinks writer
Hannah Guinness is olive’s sub editor and drinks writer. She has been at olive since 2017 and has more than eight years’ experience writing for food and lifestyle magazines (including Crumbs). As well as editing olive’s drinks pages, Hannah regularly writes bar and restaurant reviews, recipes, travel and food features for the magazine and website. She’s particularly passionate about Spanish and Chinese food, having lived and travelled extensively in both countries. She also has a WSET Level 1 Award in Spirits. Originally from the West Country, she’s very partial to a pint of proper cider.

Helena Busiakiewicz, cookery assistant
Helena manages the Good Food test kitchen where she oversees all the recipe testing for the magazine and website as well writing and developing her own. Before coming to Good Food Helena trained as a chef, worked in restaurants, taught cooking in prisons, and worked as a home economist and food stylist, including backstage at the BBC Good Food show.
