Celeriac and apple remoulade

Ingredients
- 2 apples, cored, quartered and cut into matchsticks
- ½ celeriac, peeled and cut into matchsticks
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
- a small bunch dill, chopped
Method
- STEP 1
Mix the apples and celeriac with the apple cider vinegar and a pinch of salt. Stir in the mayonnaise, wholegrain mustard, lots of black pepper and the dill.
