Chargrilled tuna with harissa and potato stew

Ingredients
- 300g small new potatoes
- 1 onion, sliced
- olive oil
- 2 tbsp harissa
- 300ml chicken stock
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 2 pieces tuna steak
- 1 small bunch coriander, leaves picked
Method
- STEP 1
Cook the potatoes in boiling salted water until just tender.
- STEP 2
Meanwhile, cook the onion in 1 tbsp olive oil until soft, then stir in the harissa and stock and bring to a simmer. Halve the cooked potatoes and add to the stew with the cherry tomatoes. Simmer for 10 minutes until the tomatoes start to break down a little.
- STEP 3
Oil and season the tuna then griddle for 2 minutes on each side. Stir the coriander into the stew then spoon into shallow bowls. Sit the fish on top and sprinkle with more coriander to serve.
